Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness is the film that was going to give us what is coming next in the MCU. But really just gave us a sequel to this MCU hero and nothing more it was fun to see familiar faces and as well see cameos that can blow your mind.
The film felt more like a sequel to our beloved hero and not the event that we were expecting it to be. Having a very light script but not bringing to us the full potential of the director behind this film, Even thou Sam Raimi made sure that his style was there you can still tell that they made him hold back.
Multiverse Of Madness not being the event that it should’ve been you can feel that this film had more to show us than just what we saw. Comparing it with Now Way Home you can see the difference of the type of movie this one is. If they would have made this an event or a film to introduce what is going to happen in this upcoming phase in the MCU it would’ve been better.
Marvel still giving us the a light script in such a Dark film. Where you can see that Sam Reimi left his mark in the film as well where you can see the most blood in the film and scenes that leave you with your jaw dropped. The way that Reimi mixed Horror In this film you can say that if you bring your kids expect Nightmares maybe.
This film with the amazing cast that it has and they brought this film to life and gave great performances. But still having the Disney treatment script. That for every serious scene there has to be a light Joke or something that can make the audience laugh. When you have two MCU films that maintain a serious posture.
In all Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness is a Horror Fun ride of a film that could’ve been more. Still, in all, you can enjoy the cameos and the action set pieces as a whole and the Sam Reimi MCU style touch. Still say that this could have been the first part of a bigger event for the MCU.
