After finding a host body in investigative reporter Eddie Brock, the alien symbiote must face a new enemy, Carnage, the alter ego of serial killer Cletus Kasady.

The second film for Venom that I and a lot of people were hyped about it and super excited for and this film worked in certain areas and in others it didn’t.
In all this film felt more like a Rom-Com than a Comic Book Film. Even though this is the first appearance of the symbiote Carnage and where the film states that there will be Carnage that is the least we see here.
Where this film has a great intro for new characters but it went from intro to final act in a matter of seconds. Where you feel that this film was rushed or edited in a way to be a quick see and out film.
Having Woody Harrelson as Cletus and an amazing performance on his part but what was his conclusion in the film and Carnage’s conclusion there wasn’t like the same line conclusion for them both.
Having the same Eddie Brock situation with venom and Anne there was nothing new to add with that we have basically the same first film. Where Eddie has an issue with Venom and Anne.
The CGI on this film should have been better due to the higher budget it got but that didn’t deliver. Having very dark scenes and a bad symbiotic looks for our main characters. You can see this issue when carnage makes a typhoon in the jailbreak scene.
This film is kinda all over the place and it’s the same treatment as the first one the only thing that saves this film is having that post-credit scene.
