Ruth Wilder, a fierce actress, receives an invitation for an audition along with 12 other women in an emerging professional wrestling promotion called The Beautiful Ladies of Struggle (GLOW).
GLOW series in the 80 ‘in a great time and not only that the set was something that caught my attention very much you must during the series your time as the girls and the director grow from As presented until the end.
The growth of all the characters in the series was one of the things that caught my attention. Each of the girls and boys grow up in this story especially Ruth Wilder (Alison Brie) and Debbie Eagan (Betty Gilpin) these two characters had a very big growth during the series.
The shots of cameras they used were very flashy in the action scenes as when they are in the ring of fight we had close up’s and full shot sometimes shots that followed the girls. The camera shots when they were serious moments you noticed that it was a moment that we had to pay attention in what they are dialogue.
There were some things that I did not like as the performance of some of the girls was not the best there were moments that was like that forced and not only the girls one of the actors was extremely bad.
There were some episodes that were very slow. They did not keep me hanging on the things that were happening. Because they were things that I think did not draw attention in the growth of history.
There was not much history of where the twelve girls come that was something that I would have liked to see but although there was not it is a history of origin of the programming GLOW.
The GLOW series must be ten episodes that you’re going to spend super good and you’re not going to waste your time. You will laugh a lot in a few moments and more when you are practicing. Also if you’re a fan of WWE you’ll see many faces recognized. GLOW deserves a second season to see how the girls program goes forward.
GLOW I recommend it in a good experience and a good series for the weekend.

I know zero about wrestling, which is why everything in the trailer looked very foreign to me, but it is also so aesthetically pleasing with its 80s vibe! I think Alison Brie is fantastic in almost everything she does though so that alone I think would push me to watch the first episode. Thanks for sharing your opinion, I always like know what other people thought because devoting 45 minutes of my time to something. Great read!
